We accomplish this by continually raising the bar of expectation within our own organization using a "hands on" approach to quality.   Internal corrective and preventative actions are utilized in order to "Drill" down to any underlying issues that may adversely affect our total quality system.
 
Implementation of the IS0 9001-2000 standard is one more way we have dedicated ourselves to manufacturing excellence at HDM. Our quality personnel are trained professionals with experience in all phases of the Quality Management System.
